£18,000 basic plus uncapped bonus OTE £36,000 to £60,000
9AM to 6PM ? The Role
The Consumer Sales Department is one of the most important department of the training Company as it contributes around 70% - 75% of the Company's total turnover, which makes the Telesales Advisor's role a key role.
The Telesales advisor will be required to talk to individuals who have expressed a desire to get up skilled in a range of sectors. The telesales advisor will be trained to provide course and career advice to these individuals with a view to selling a range of professional qualifications.
The telesales advisor will be communicating with customers using phone and email.
The role does not involve any cold calling. All leads are hot enquiries made by a prospective customer, which the telesales advisor will be responding to.
Duties and Responsibilities
Following training, the telesales advisor will be required to build a good level of knowledge relating to careers and courses in the sector they will be working
Making outbound calls to prospective customers as per the leads/enquiries received from different lead sources
The advisor will need to keep themselves up to date with industry information in the sector they will be selling
Respond to the inbound enquiries, quickly and effectively
Be comfortable with spending up to 6 hours a day on telephone conversations
Work in an organised manner, so opportunities can be managed based on confidence of converting a prospect
Communicate effectively with customers on the phone and follow-up with email proposals
Ability to close deals
Be happy to work with sales targets
All product training will be provided, we require the individual to be passionate and experienced in selling.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a telephone sales environment
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner;
Ability to learn about products and/or services and sell them to the existing and/or prospective customers;
Ability to use Computers and work on MS Office;
Good negotiation and closing skills
