BPM Automation Developer (Appian)

About the Job

The BPM Automation Developer will provide a full process development service to internal and external clients across the organisation.

The role optimises the businesses performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology, proactively challenges the performance of current processes & systems and provides solutions that implement improvements to drive the organisations efficiency.

Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Development and Operational teams you will advise, design and build cost effective process automation and management solutions utilising current BPM tooling ie Appian and Kofax.

About the Candidate

The successful Business Process Management Automation Developer will understand the fundamental role of BPM Development and will have a knowledge and appreciation of BPM Software and the industry alongside a background in building or specifying technical solutions including database integration.

Experience of Appian is essential. Knowledge of digital scanning (ie Kofax) would be a bonus and a Financial Services sector background would also be beneficial but not essential.

Reward

In return you will receive a salary of around £50,000 plus an annual bonus (discretionary), 24 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30) and life assurance of four times your salary. On completion of the probationary period you can join the group pension plan and obtain up to a 6% match contribution into your pension plan. Access to private medical cover is also available and a flexible benefits scheme can also be enjoyed.
