Senior Network Support Engineer, Fortinet, Cisco - Derby

We're seeking an experienced Senior Network Support Engineer to join a busy managed services environment, providing technical leadership for major incidents, complex escalations, and critical customer networks.

Key Skills

• Fortinet (essential)
• Cisco, Juniper and/or Meraki
• Routing, Switching, Firewalls, WAN & SD-WAN
• Major Incident Management
• MSP/Customer-Facing Support Experience

What You'll Do

• Lead resolution of high-priority network incidents and escalations.
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for complex issues.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical best practice.
• Work within ITIL, SLA, change, and security processes.

About You

• Proven Senior Network Engineer/Network Support Engineer experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments.

On-call participation may be required.
