Description
Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing timely responses.
Update and maintain customer records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Prepare and manage documentation related to sales and deliveries.
Monitor stock levels and inform relevant teams of any shortages.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Generate reports to assist with sales tracking and performance.Profile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or sales administration.
Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and databases.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
