HR Generalist (With a Recruitment/Talent focus)
Join a collaborative HR team where you'll lead recruitment, support people initiatives and help drive business success.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where you'll play a key role in attracting talented people, supporting managers and employees, and contributing to the continued success of the business.
This varied HR Generalist position combines recruitment with broader HR responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships across the organisation while helping to create a positive and engaging workplace.
Responsibilities include
Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of professional, technical and operational roles.
Partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment campaigns.
Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Supporting employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives.
Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
Helping ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently across the business. Your work will directly contribute to attracting, developing and retaining talented people while supporting a positive workplace culture.
The candidate will have
Previous experience within a generalist HR or internal recruitment role.
Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail.
Confidence supporting managers on day-to-day HR matters.
Ideally, a CIPD qualification or a willingness to continue professional development. Other benefits not listed
