NRL are pleased to be working alongside a world-class provider of subsea technologies and services to recruit Production Operatives for their manufacturing facility in Hartlepool.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that is at the forefront of supporting the global energy transition and helping to deliver the infrastructure required to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
This role is offered on a temporary contract basis with immediate starts available.
The Role We are looking for Production Operatives to join the Manufacturing Team in Hartlepool. You will be involved in the production of world-class subsea cables and will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday
7-7 (working hours)
30-minute unpaid break
46 hours per weekKey Responsibilities
Operating a variety of production machinery safely and efficiently.
Ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards and specifications.
Maintaining production targets and completing tasks within agreed timescales.
Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised.
Completing production and quality documentation accurately.
Working effectively as part of a manufacturing team.About You We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience within manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Experience operating machinery (preferred but not essential).
Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility and willingness to learn.What's on Offer?
