The Role
This is a mobile field-based position, covering Salisbury, Basingstoke and the surrounding areas (typically within a two-hour radius of your home).
You'll receive a 28-day work schedule and normally visit 6-12 customer sites each day.
Your working hours are generally 8:00am-4:00pm, although some flexibility is required. There may occasionally be early starts from 5:00am or later finishes depending on customer requirements.
Travel time is paid after the first hour each day.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different. You'll be responsible for a variety of technical and maintenance tasks including:
* Servicing and maintaining parcel delivery lockers
* Replacing parts and carrying out minor repairs
* Cleaning IT equipment, technical hardware and computer rooms
* Supporting maintenance work within secure data centre environments
* Carrying out hardware audits
* Completing work reports using a company tablet
* Identifying and reporting health & safety hazards
* Building professional relationships with customers on site
* Managing your own daily schedule while working independently
* Around 50% of the role is hands-on technical maintenance, with the remainder involving inspections, reporting and customer interaction.

Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Is confident working independently
Has excellent communication skills
Takes pride in delivering high standards
Is organised and reliable
Holds a full UK driving licence
Is happy travelling throughout the working day
Can pass UK Government Security Clearance and DBS checks
No previous experience within this industry is essential as full training will be provided.
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
