Key Responsibilities

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
* Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
* Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, responding appropriately to changing needs.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
* Support and mentor care staff, contributing to a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and supportive care environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current NMC registration with a valid PIN.
* Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A caring, patient-focused approach.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care.
