What you’ll be doing

* Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks, taps and drainage systems

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality, productivity and safety

* Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules

* Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders

* Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers’ homes are left clean and secure

* Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently

* Producing accurate records, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

What you’ll need

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent

* Full UK manual driving licence

* Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
