Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience within supportive primary schools?
We are recruiting passionate ECTs to work in welcoming schools across Bexley, offering excellent mentoring, experienced leadership and opportunities to develop your teaching career.
The Role
Youll deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 while benefiting from guidance and support to help you grow in confidence.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assessing pupil progress.
• Working collaboratively with experienced teaching staff.
• Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• ECTs warmly encouraged to apply.
