Location: Multiple sites across Poole

Employment Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday 8am till 5.30pm
Salary: £26,000-£27,000 DOE, plus company car

The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to support a number of live projects across the Poole area. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while becoming a key part of a collaborative and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
*
Maintain and manage all site records including:
*
Safety files, site diaries, RFIs, risk assessments, change control logs
*
Provide admin support to both operational and commercial teams
*
Keep health & safety records up to date, including plant/material registers and subcontractor documentation
*
Ensure accurate version control of all drawings and project documents
*
Assist with progress reports, KPIs, and compliance reporting
*
Coordinate PAT testing and subcontractor safety inspections
*
Manage site setup tasks such as:
*
Visitor logs, site inductions, toolbox talks, and PPE stock
*
Handle incoming communications and support general site queries
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a construction site administration role
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Confident managing documentation and digital filing systems
*
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
*
Ability to work across multiple sites as needed
*
