GK POS Application Support Engineer- £575/day Inside IR35 (paid to the umbrella) - Hybrid/UK - 5 months - ASAP start

* this role will be mainly remote there will be occassional travel to client site in Europe this will be expenses. However, we can only consider UK based professionals for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for GK Point of Sale (POS) applications, ensuring the stability and performance of critical retail systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across production environments.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing system reliability, performance and support processes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation while sharing knowledge across the wider support team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting GK Point of Sale (GK POS) solutions within a retail environment.
• Strong background in application support, incident management and complex troubleshooting.
• Experience working with business-critical retail systems and cross-functional technical teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Retail or SAP POS solutions would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
