We're supporting a major Oracle Finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced transformation leader with a strong finance background to deliver strategic Oracle ERP initiatives.

This role is suited to someone who combines extensive project delivery expertise with a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes. You'll lead complex Oracle Finance transformation projects from planning through to delivery, working with senior finance stakeholders, programme boards and technical delivery teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

You'll oversee governance, planning, financial control, risk management, supplier management and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams, while driving organisational change and embedding new ways of working.

We're looking for experience of:

• Delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or finance transformation programmes
• Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation experience
• Finance systems implementation within large, complex organisations
• Working with senior Finance, Technology and Executive stakeholders
• Programme governance, RAID management, budgeting and benefit realisation
• Managing third-party implementation partners and Matrix delivery teams
• Leading complex enterprise transformation programmes using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Driving organisational change and business readiness throughout programme delivery

Ideal background

You'll bring a blend of finance, technology and programme delivery experience, ideally including:

• Oracle Fusion Financials
• Oracle ERP Cloud
• Oracle EBS
• Finance Transformation
• Enterprise ERP implementation
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
• Experience delivering transformation within Higher Education, the Public Sector or similarly complex organisations would be advantageous.
