About the Role
An established property investment company is looking to recruit a permanent Cleaner to join their in-house team at a prestigious residential development in Kilburn.
This is a client-direct opportunity, working for the building owner rather than through a cleaning contractor. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout a luxury development comprising 82 high-end apartments, ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain all communal areas, including entrance lobbies, corridors, stairwells and lift areas.
Vacuum, mop, dust and polish all designated areas.
Clean communal kitchens, welfare areas and washrooms.
Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
Clean internal glass, doors and fixtures.
Replenish consumables and cleaning supplies as required.
Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to the property management team.
Assist with apartment handover cleans when required.
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all work is completed safely.
Deliver a professional and friendly service to residents and visitors. Requirements
Previous cleaning experience within residential, commercial, hospitality or facilities management.
High attention to detail and pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
Reliable, punctual and well presented.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.
Knowledge of COSHH and the safe use of cleaning products is desirable
