JRRL are seeking an Operations Manager for our client in Bromley. Seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage the team and run the day-to-day business.
This position offers real ownership and impact in a growing business with global reach.
Main Duties for the Operations Manager:
Lead, motivate and manage staff – targets, reviews, training, and performance.
Oversee service pipeline – manage the service engineer to ensure rapid, reliable support.
Maintain excellent customer experience – manage review platforms, handle occasional escalations.
Manage sales platforms and ensure listings, stock and service are consistent.
Plan stock and supplier ordering; maintain inventory levels.
Develop and improve systems, processes, and workflows.
Track KPIs and report on operational and compliance standards.
Collect and act on customer/service team feedback.
Skills and Experience for the Operations Manager:
Proven experience in operations, or general management.
Ideally from an SME environment.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Familiarity with ISO/quality/compliance (or willingness to learn quickly).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
