I am delighted to be partnering with an international engineering business in their search for an Operations Manager to join their skilled team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Leader to become part of a friendly organisation that offers excellent benefits, strong support, and ongoing training. Reporting to the Operations Director, the main responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include:
* Leading and developing the Operations team, with a strong factory-facing presence.
* Identifying areas for improvement and driving change.
* Developing CI culture through the use of Lean Manufacturing tools.
* Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality standards.
* Maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
* Work collaboratively with other teams across the business.
The ideal candidate will be an effective and positive communicator, with proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You should hold a relevant Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or the equivalent experience).
