The Role:
Experienced CNC Technician required to join a well-established manufacturing business who are expanding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role combining CNC setup, programming, troubleshooting and continuous improvement within a modern production environment.
What you'll be doing:
Setting and operating CNC machinery
Editing and troubleshooting CNC programs
Supporting machine maintenance and fault finding
Carrying out quality inspections and measurements
Improving processes and production efficiency
Working closely with production and engineering teams
What we're looking for:
Previous CNC setting and operating experience
Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
Experience reading engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Flexibility with working hours
