About the role:
This is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business as a Quality Inspector, playing a key role in ensuring high standards across production. You will be responsible for inspecting components before release, working closely with production teams, and helping maintain a strong quality-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out detailed visual inspections of components and assemblies
• Identify and report non-conformances, supporting continuous improvement
• Perform first-off inspections against Bills of Materials
• Use a variety of inspection tools within a PCB/manufacturing environment
• Work from engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Support compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
Skills & Experience:
Experience within manufacturing, ideally electronics or PCB environments
Familiarity with inspection tools
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Knowledge of IPC standards (desirable)
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Team player with good communication skills
Salary
Up to £27,000
