Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our client located in Loughborough for Factory Operatives to join their team working a night shift on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Factory Operative Job Details & Benefits;

* £39,655.20-£41,839.20 Per Annum

* Monday to Friday

* 06:00am- 18:00pm

* 12-hour shifts (2 hours break paid)

* Weekly pay

* Potential to obtain FLT Licence

* Opportunities to train and progress

* 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

* No bank holiday or weekend working

* Uniform provided once permanent

* Permanent role after 12 weeks

Factory Operative Job Details;

As a Factory Operative you will be required to carry out a variety of duties such as operating machinery, feeding a conveyor belt, palletising and other general factory duties.

The environment is loud and labour intense therefore applicants need to be physically fit and able to lift 15kg.

Factory Operative Person Specification;

* Must be physically fit due to lifting and moving the product

* Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties

* Own transport required due to location and hours
