Job Title: BIM Lead/ Senior BIM Technician
Location: Pool, Cornwall
Salary: £40-55,000 DOE

Lead and develop BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across projects
Manage BIM coordination and model quality throughout project delivery
Support project teams with Revit modelling, clash detection and information management
Produce and review technical drawing packages to a high standard
Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure coordinated project delivery
Mentor and support junior BIM and technical staff
Drive continuous improvement in digital design processes and BIM implementation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with UK standardsThe Ideal Candidate
Experienced BIM Lead, Senior BIM Technician or Senior Architectural Technician with strong BIM expertise
Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a thorough understanding of BIM processes and standards
Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with project delivery
Experience across RIBA work stages, particularly technical design, and construction
A proactive team player with a passion for digital innovation and high-quality project delivery
