Nursery Practitioner

Hours / shifts: 35hrs a week (4 days shifts 8am till 6pm) with an hours lunch break and 15mins afternoon break
• Holiday allowance: 20 days holiday (days of which need to be used for Christmas closure) with the 8 days bank holiday – 28 in total for 4 day workers pro rata for 3

About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Support children’s learning and development through play
* Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Carry out observations and assessments to track progress
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive and nurturing nursery environment
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* A good understanding of the EYFS
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
