We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded People Partner to join a successful organisation where people are central to its continued success. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will provide proactive, strategic and operational HR support, driving business performance through people initiatives that align with the organisation's values.

The successful candidate will be a trusted People Partner, helping to create a high-performing, values-led culture while ensuring an outstanding colleague experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
As People Partner, you will:
Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
Provide expert HR guidance on organisational change, workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
Lead and influence key people initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of business and people strategies.
Use people metrics, data and insights to identify trends, influence decision-making and improve business performance.
Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and drive engagement across teams.
Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring a balanced, fair and commercially focused approach.
Talent mapping, succession planning and development initiatives to build future capability.
Work closely with Learning & Development teams to identify skills gaps and support colleague growth.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention activity, ensuring a positive candidate and colleague experience.
Champion diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and employee engagement across the business.
Lead engagement survey activity, driving meaningful action plans and continuous improvement.
Profile
A successful People Partner should be:
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
Experienced HR Business Partner/People Partner
Strong ER, coaching and stakeholder management skills
Commercially minded with excellent influencing ability
Resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
