We're recruiting for a Trainee Estate Agent to join our successful and expanding estate agency. No previous estate agency experience is required, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the local property market whom we can develop and train into a fantastic Estate Agent; full training and ongoing support will be provided every step of the way.

Green & Company are a forward-looking independent firm of Estate Agents having six local Sales Offices and have been trading for over 30 years in and around the Sutton Coldfield area. We have an outstanding reputation within the property market and deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary:

Realistic OTE of £28,000

Responsibilities:

* Negotiating property sales to achieve agreed targets

* Supporting the sales process from instruction through to completion

* Preparing property information following valuations

* Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors

* Generating mortgage appointments and promoting the company's additional services

* Maintaining accurate records and working in line with industry legislation and company procedures

Candidate Attributes:

* Hardworking, reliable, eager to learn and determined to build a successful career

* Friendly, approachable and well presented with excellent communication skills

* Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.30pm, 1-in-4 Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:00pm
