An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing construction business delivering projects across the UK.
The successful Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. As a Site Manager, you will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients, maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites from start through to completion.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to maintain programme deadlines.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects and clients throughout project delivery.
Monitor project progress and report on programme, quality and costs.
Ensure all work complies with current health & safety legislation and company procedures.
Carry out regular site inspections, quality checks and audits.
Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimise delays.
Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture on site.
Manage labour, plant, equipment and materials efficiently.
Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, progress reports and incident reports.
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Requirements
Essential
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar within the construction industry.
Proven experience successfully delivering construction projects.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry regulations.
SMSTS.
Valid UK Driving Licence.
EUSR SHEA Power or valid CSCS Card.
IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
Desirable
Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience working on petrol forecourt projects.
Emergency First Aid at Work qualification.
