The successful candidate will be passionate about Science and able to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a proven track record of delivering strong outcomes in Science.
Be confident teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students.
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Be committed to raising attainment for learners of all abilities.
Have experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH, behavioural, or additional learning needs.
Be passionate about making Science accessible and enjoyable for all students.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.Experience, Training and Qualifications

QTS, QTLS, PGCE or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Science within a UK secondary school.
Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum.
A clear understanding of adaptive teaching and inclusive classroom practice.
Up-to-date safeguarding training (desirable but not essential).To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:

Be willing to register with Prospero Teaching and complete all compliance procedures.
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
Provide two professional references covering the last two years.Prospero Teaching Can Offer:
