The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a proven history of securing positive outcomes in Mathematics.
Be capable of delivering engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Demonstrate strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Be committed to raising attainment and closing learning gaps.
Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, behavioural, and academic needs.
Be a reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous improvement.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.Experience, Training and Qualifications

QTS, QTLS, PGCE or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the current Mathematics curriculum.
Experience using adaptive teaching strategies to support learners of varying abilities.
Up-to-date safeguarding training (desirable but not essential).To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:

Be willing to register with Prospero Teaching and complete all compliance procedures.
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
