Lead a high-performing warehouse operation where people, pace and performance come together.

I'm currently partnering with a retailer who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join a large-scale, fast-paced distribution operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational leader to take ownership of a significant warehouse function, drive continuous improvement and play a key role in delivering outstanding service levels.

Leading continuous improvement activity to improve productivity, accuracy and operational efficiency.

Working closely with key stakeholders including Inventory, Planning, HR and Health & Safety teams.

Ensuring labour and resources are effectively planned and aligned to changing business requirements.

Managing colleague performance through coaching, feedback and structured development plans.

Supporting the implementation of standard operating processes and best practices.

Proven experience leading large teams through a First Line Manager structure.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage and develop colleagues.

A track record of delivering operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.

Strong analytical skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for operational excellence.

What's on Offer?

33 days' holiday
