We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of an exciting AI healthcare implementation.

You'll work with clinical, technical and business stakeholders to define the successful deployment of an AI-powered MRI software solution that enhances image quality and accelerates scan times on existing MRI scanners.

What you'll be doing

Lead discovery workshops with clinicians, IT and operational teams
Capture business, clinical and technical requirements
Map current and future MRI workflows
Define product vision, roadmap and MVP
Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
Assess technical integration with PACS, RIS and DICOM environments
Identify risks, dependencies and implementation recommendations
Work closely with vendor and customer stakeholders to ensure project readiness

We're looking for

Experience implementing AI imaging solutions such as SwiftMR, Subtle Medical, Aidoc, Gleamer, or similar AI-enabled radiology products is highly desirable.
Proven Business Analyst and/or Product Manager experience
Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills
Experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation projects
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Knowledge of Agile delivery and product development
Experience with Radiology, MRI, PACS, RIS, DICOM or clinical systems
Confident engaging with clinicians and technical teams
Able to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans
