Role: Performance and Data Officer

Location: Sandwell

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £28,505.45 - £34,613.33 (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ( 37.5 hours)

A specialist support organisation is seeking a Performance and Data Officer to work across departments to collect, analyse, and present data that informs decision-making, supports funding bids, and tells the story of their services- providing frontline support and advocacy to high-risk victims and survivors of domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities

Produce performance reports on service delivery, outcomes and KPIs.
Analyse complex data and present findings in clear, engaging formats.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
Support reporting for funders, commissioners and trustees.
Maintain reporting schedules and organisational performance data.
Work with managers to improve monitoring processes and service quality.
Support the development and maintenance of the Halo case management system.
Assist with funding bids, tenders and annual reporting through data analysis and research.
Design surveys, consultations and outcome measurement tools.
Deliver training and guidance to staff on data systems and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational policiesRequirements

Degree-level education or equivalent experience (minimum Level 3 qualification).
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
Experience analysing and interpreting large datasets.
Experience using databases and reporting systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Confidence working independently and collaboratively.Supporting Futures Consulting acts as both an employer and an agency
