Personnel Placements is supporting Salisbury BID, a business-led, not-for-profit organisation representing almost 500 businesses across the city centre. Working alongside our business community and partners, we deliver projects that enhance Salisbury, support local businesses and strengthen the city as a place to work, visit and invest. This role sits at the heart of our Influence programme, ensuring businesses are engaged, informed and benefiting from the initiatives we deliver.

Your responsibilities as Projects and Communications Manager
Lead the delivery of our Influence projects, including business training initiatives, employee benefits schemes, city insight projects and business engagement programmes.
Plan and deliver clear, engaging communications across newsletters, email campaigns, reports, website content and business updates.
Oversee our CRM platform, reporting processes and business insight data to support informed decision-making and demonstrate value to our members.
Produce monthly reporting on engagement, project performance and return on investment across our activities.
Line manage and support the Projects and Communications Officer while coordinating priorities across multiple workstreams.
Build strong relationships with businesses, partners and working groups, leading the Influence Working Group and supporting collaborative city-centre initiatives.
What we're looking for in a Projects and Communications Manager
Experience delivering communications, stakeholder engagement or project management initiatives.
Strong written communication skills with experience producing professional business communications and reports.
Experience managing multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders and delivering successful outcomes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office together with experience using CMS platforms, CRM systems or similar business applications.
Experience supporting or managing colleagues alongside producing reporting, business insight or operational data.
Working hours
Full-time, with flexible working arrangements available. Part-time requests will also be considered.
