LNS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Marine Project Manager to oversee marine civil engineering projects across the South of the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to join a growing team delivering complex marine infrastructure projects.
Essential Requirements
* Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marine project management, or 15+ years' experience as a Site Manager within the marine sector.
* Proven experience managing marine construction projects.
* Confident working in environments involving:
* Diving operations
* Jack-Up Barges (JUBs)
* Pontoons
* Complex lifting operations
* Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of health & safety and marine industry best practice.
* Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
* Manage marine construction projects from start to completion.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and clients.
* Oversee programme, quality and commercial performance.
* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
