Job Title: Quality and Curriculum Manager - Apprenticeships
Location: Remote - Must be flexible with travel to London (approx. 2 days per month)
Salary: up to £52,000 (depending on skills and experience) + fantastic benefits package
Type: Full time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Quality & Curriculum Manager to become the driving force behind the quality of education across both apprenticeship and commercial programmes.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll bring together curriculum design, quality assurance and continuous improvement to ensure learners receive an outstanding learning experience.

Essential Criteria:

Must be a qualified Assessor and IQA - holding any of the following: (D32/D33/A1/TAQA/CAVA – D34/V1/IQA)
Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification, e.g. PGCE/CertEd, DET/DTLLS or equivalent.
Proven experience leading quality assurance and curriculum development within an Apprenticeship or Further Education environment.
Strong working knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF), SARs, QIPs, Apprenticeship Standards and ESFA Funding Rules.
Experience designing and implementing apprenticeship or work-based learning curriculums.
Demonstrable experience leading, coaching or supporting quality and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.
Ideally have experience as a shadow Ofsted nominee.
Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interpret data and influence quality outcomes.Duties:

Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of apprenticeship and commercial curriculums, ensuring they remain innovative, compliant and meet employer and learner needs.
Oversee the organisation's quality assurance framework, including observations, moderation, standardisation, learner voice activities and inspection readiness.
Coordinate and drive the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), ensuring measurable improvements across provision.
Lead standardisation and CPD activities to promote outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across delivery teams.
Collaborate with Programme Leads, Quality teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistency, curriculum compliance and high-quality learner outcomes.
Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive curriculum improvements.
Act as the organisation's quality and curriculum specialist, maintaining relationships with Awarding Organisations, EPAOs and Ofsted, whilst ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and regulatory requirements.Please note:
