SAP TM Solution Architect - Long-Term Contract - Remote (US)

We're hiring an SAP TM Solution Architect for a long-term contract with a large US aerospace/defense manufacturer, delivered through a major SAP-aligned staffing partner.
This one's genuinely niche. We need someone who has actually designed the integration between SAP TM and a 3rd party Transportation Management System, not just configured SAP TM on its own or worked a 3rd party TMS in isolation. If you've owned that middle ground, deciding what stays in SAP TM vs. what goes to OTM, Blue Yonder, MercuryGate, BluJay, or similar, and handled the data flow and settlement handoff between the two, this is built for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the SAP TM solution design end to end, freight order/unit strategy through carrier settlement
• Defining the integration architecture between S/4HANA/SAP TM and the 3rd party TMS in place
• Working the interface layer (CPI, PI/PO, or similar) alongside the technical integration team
• Producing documentation that holds up in a long-term, governance-heavy program

What you need:

• Multiple full life cycle SAP TM implementations
• Real, hands-on experience integrating SAP TM/S/4HANA with a 3rd party TMS in production, not just on paper
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team
• Able to work in a regulated program environment
