The team delivers a variety of refurbishment and construction projects for some of the UK's leading retail and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers with the successful delivery of allocated refurbishment and construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
* Support the management of projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations, company policies and procedures and all statutory requirements.
* Assist in developing and monitoring project programmes, identifying potential risks and escalating issues where appropriate.
* Attend and contribute to project, site and client meetings, preparing reports, progress updates and meeting minutes as required.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
* Interpret contract documentation, specifications, design information and construction drawings, to support the successful delivery of projects.

* Monitor project progress and support the resolution of day-to-day site and project issues.
* Assist with project cost control, including variations, valuations, procurement and commercial reporting.
* Support the procurement of materials and plant, ensuring resources are available and in line with project programmes.
* Assist with quality inspections and ensure defects are identified and resolved promptly.
* Support tendering and pre-construction activities alongside the estimating and commercial teams where required.
