About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our growing Customer Services team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey with us, resolving queries, processing documentation and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.
If you're a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Assisting customers with policy queries, payments, address changes and general account servicing.
Managing customer requests efficiently while delivering excellent service levels.
Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Liaising with insurers and internal departments to resolve outstanding queries.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Supporting the wider administration and customer support teams when required.
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Previous customer service, administration or contact centre experience would be advantageous.
