The Role – Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

As a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably and with dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing high-quality personal care while promoting dignity and independence

* Supporting with mobility, transfers and daily living activities

* Assisting with meals, hydration and nutrition

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes

* Maintaining accurate records where required

* Working alongside Nurses, Senior Healthcare Assistants and the wider care team

* Helping to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment

We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Essential Requirements

* Female applicants only due to specific client requirements

* Minimum 6 months' experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Care Assistant

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Access to your own vehicle

* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

* Up-to-date Mandatory Training

* Excellent communication skills

* Compassionate, reliable and professional

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and last-minute bookings
