IT Support Analyst - York (£30,000, 4 Days Onsite)
Location: York (4 days onsite)
Salary: £30,000

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and user access issues.
Log, prioritise and resolve service requests and incidents.
Configure and deploy laptops, devices, and user accounts.
Support Microsoft environments, endpoint management, and routine system maintenance.
Assist with device rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and other IT projects.
Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow support best practices.
Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge sharing.Skills & Experience
Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support or IT Service Desk role.
Strong Microsoft troubleshooting skills across desktop and server environments.
Basic networking knowledge.
Exposure to Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
Good understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career within IT.Ideal Candidate
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.
Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team.
