We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing essential support across various administrative functions. This position would suit someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments and team members.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring information is organised and up to date.
Input, update, and manage data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and general administrative duties.
Support the team with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination tasks.
Ensure administrative processes are followed in line with company procedures.
Contribute ideas and support improvements to administrative systems and workflows.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
