Contracts Manager – Insurance Repairs Division
Location: North East England / North West England / Cumbria
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Company Car / Allowance + Fuel Card
Type: Full-time, Permanent
An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a growing insurance repairs and property reinstatement division operating across Cumbria, the North East and West of England. Working within a well-established and expanding group of businesses (T/O c£300m), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality domestic repair and restoration projects for insurance clients and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and supervising insurance repair and reinstatement projects from inception through to completion.
* Site supervision and contractor management.
* Budget management and cost control.
* Producing weekly project and performance reports.
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
* Liaising with clients, customers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
* Programme planning and resource coordination.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
Candidate Requirements
* Extensive experience managing small to medium-value domestic repair contracts.
* Previous experience within the insurance repairs or property reinstatement sector is essential.
* Strong understanding of contract conditions, CDM Regulations, risk management, and commercial controls
