We're looking for a HR Business Support Administrator to join a busy HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role would suit someone with previous HR administration or office administration experience who enjoys keeping things organised, has a great eye for detail and is looking to build on their HR experience.
The Role
Working as part of the HR Shared Services team, you'll support the wider team with the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle. From preparing contracts and processing changes to maintaining employee records and responding to HR queries, you'll play an important role in keeping the HR function running smoothly across a global business.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the HR Advisor and wider HR team with day-to-day administration.
Preparing employee paperwork, including contracts and employment changes.
Managing and responding to queries through the HR inbox and workload management system.
Keeping employee records and HR systems up to date.
Ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and completed on time.
Providing general administrative support and helping with HR projects when needed.
About You
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in HR administration or a busy administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A positive approach and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Experience handling confidential information.
Experience supporting Employee Relations administration, particularly around family leave, would be an advantage.
£26,100 salary
12-month fixed-term contract
Full-time, office-based role (37.5 hours per week)
