Manage all on-site steel erection activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification
Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
Liaise with clients, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress and report on timelines, costs, and any issues
Review technical drawings and ensure installations meet design requirements
Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays
Manage site documentation, including permits, reports, and QA records
Ensure quality control procedures are followed at all stages
