Marketing & Communications Executive
Location: Marden, Kent
Salary: £45,589.68 per annum
Hours: 35hrs per week, 3 days per week on site
Our client, a well-established manufacturer with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Executive to join their team in Kent.
This is a varied and hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across both UK and global marketing activities. You will play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, coordinating events, and developing content across multiple channels.

* Produce and update brochures, videos, and press releases
* Support CRM initiatives and market research projects
* Manage, coach, and develop a Marketing Apprentice
* Collaborate with the global marketing team on international campaigns
* Support website development and content management projects
* Assist with dealer meetings, exhibitions, and wider group initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role
* Strong content creation and communication skills
* Experience managing social media platforms and websites
* Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and online advertising
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Preferred background at some level in manufacturing
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
* Must hold a current valid passport as European travel is required on occasion
