This role would particularly suit graduates in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology or other core subject and social science disciplines who are passionate about supporting students to reach their potential.

The role:

Supporting students with a range of SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Encouraging student confidence, independence and academic progress
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staffThe ideal candidate will have:

A degree in a core subject or social science (or relevant experience)
A genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, resilience and a proactive attitude
