Behaviour Manager (Pastoral) - The Role
As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the school. You will work closely with students, teaching staff, parents and external agencies to support pupils who require additional pastoral guidance.
You will monitor behaviour, implement intervention strategies, manage internal referrals where required, and contribute to creating a calm and inclusive school environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations are essential.
