Leadership & Technical Delivery
  • Lead and mentor the Systems & Process team, encouraging collaborative working across departments.
  • Produce architectural documentation, integration maps and technical standards.
  • Provide 3rd line technical expertise and guidance to the wider IT function.
  • Support business-critical systems through participation in an on-call rota.
  • Ensure all solutions align with security, GDPR and disaster recovery requirements

Experience required:

  • Systems architecture and enterprise integration
  • API design and development
  • EDI solutions
  • SQL experience
  • Cloud technologies
  • Digital transformation programmes
  • AI, automation or emerging technologies
  • Business process improvement
