AI & Agentic Transformation Lead
Contract | 6 months Initial | UK Remote | Some Travel
A leading UK projects and engineering organisation is seeking an experienced AI & Agentic Transformation Lead to support a major enterprise transformation programme.
Working closely with senior business leaders, transformation teams, technology stakeholders and external partners, you will act as the AI subject matter expert, helping identify, prioritise and scale AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
This role sits within a large transformation portfolio focused on driving standardisation, operational excellence, governance improvements and enhanced business performance across multiple project-focused business units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead AI adoption and transformation initiatives across the organisation
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases
- Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions
- Build compelling business cases and benefit realisation frameworks
- Work closely with Technology, Transformation and external delivery partners
- Drive adoption and embedding of AI-enabled ways of working
- Support delivery of AI programmes and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Advise on AI governance, security, risk and responsible AI practices
- Influence senior stakeholders and help shape AI strategy
Essential Experience
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI
- Proven experience delivering AI-enabled transformation programmes
- Experience operating within complex enterprise organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience translating technical concepts into business outcomes
- Understanding of AI governance, security and risk
- Experience working across business and technology teams
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Copilot Studio
- Azure AI Foundry
- Enterprise AI Platforms
- Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure or Facilities Management environments
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month contract
- Remote based
- Approx. 10% travel
- Immediate start
- Day rate dependent on experience
