An inclusive PQS Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the full autonomy to run their own projects which will be provided to them by the partners.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a variety of project sectors including healthcare, residential and commercial.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
MRICS
Experience running projects
PQS consultancy experience minimum 6 years
Car and driver's license
Pre and post contract experienceIn Return?
£55,000 - £65,000
Strong pipeline of work
Full autonomy to run your own projects
Phone bill paid for
Set up and make payments into a personal pension
Diverse range of projects
Flexible working
Support from partners if needed
Clear route to Associate
