Account Manager - Water Hygiene & Compliance
Midlands UP TO £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
Looking for an Account Management role where you're trusted to manage your own portfolio, supported to develop professionally and given genuine opportunities to progress?
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded consultancy within the water hygiene and compliance sector that's continuing to grow across the UK. Due to sustained growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their Midlands team.
One of the biggest attractions of this opportunity is the culture. The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of water hygiene and legionella compliance accounts, acting as the key point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current legislation.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial client accounts.
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
* Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Providing technical support and compliance advice to clients.
* Overseeing risk assessments, water hygiene programmes and remedial works.
* Reviewing technical reports and compliance documentation.
* Monitoring project delivery, budgets and timescales.
* Working closely with operational teams to ensure a first-class service.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in an Account Management, Contract Management or similar client-facing role within the water hygiene, legionella or water treatment industry.
* A good understanding of ACoP L8, HSG274 and water hygiene compliance.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Strong organisational and commercial awareness.
* A Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience managing healthcare or large-scale compliance contracts would be advantageous but isn't essential.
