Job Title: Programme Director
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Infused Solutions is recruiting a Programme Director for a global organisation. This role based in Manchester, offers a hybrid working model for flexibility and collaboration.
You will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation and business focused programmes across a complex manufacturing organisation. You will be reporting directly into the executive team delivering on strategic initiatives including acquisition integration.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and cross functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and govern enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Lead integration activities following mergers and acquisitions.
Coordinate business, operational workstreams to ensure successful integrations.
Manage all risks and issues and provide risk assessments and strategic updates to the board.
Lead large multi-disciplinary teams across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, technology and HR.
Lead and mentor team members.
Manage landscape planning and environment readiness.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as programme manager/director working at executive level.
Extensive experience delivering complex transformation programmes within manufacturing.
Knowledge of supporting organisations through acquisitions.
Strong board level stakeholder management and reporting experience.
Excellent with leading large cross-functional teams.
Experience leading and mentoring teams.
