Tummel Bridge, Perth and Kinross, United Kingdom
Hospitality
Immediate Start
£43.5k - £43.5k Annual
Full-Time
Lead one of Scotland's best-loved coach tour hotels, in one of the country's most beautiful settings.
The Hotel
Our 111-bed hotel sits on the western shore of Loch Tummel in rural Perthshire, 13 miles from Pitlochry. It is rated 4.6/5 on TripAdvisor, 4.7/5 on Google and 4.6/5 on Trustpilot.
The hotel is one of six Lochs & Glens Holidays hotels across the West Coast and Highlands of Scotland, part of a coach tour holiday business that's been welcoming loyal, returning guests since 1979. Our core customers are typically retirees from across the UK, many of whom travel with us a number of times each year, year after year.
In 2026, Which? named us the UK's top-rated coach holiday company out of 28 operators surveyed. That recognition comes from years of consistently high standards across our hotels.
The Role
This is a hands-on, front of house leadership role rather than a desk job. You will be the public face of the hotel, setting the standard for staff and guests alike. Head Office handles sales, marketing, supplier negotiations, menus and wage rates, so you can concentrate on your people, your guests and your hotel.
You will be responsible for:
* Recruiting, training and developing your team
* Keeping guest satisfaction high
* Maintaining cleanliness and staying on top of maintenance, backed by Head Office and our contractor team
* Liaising with our transport team to support the smooth running of the daily tour excursions
* Ensuring legislative compliance across the hotel, including Health & Safety, Fire Regulations, Food Hygiene and Licensing
About You
* A confident, approachable and visible presence that staff and guests warm to
* A calm, hands-on problem solver who leads well under pressure
* A strong communicator and organiser with a sharp eye for detail
Coach tour hotel experience is welcome but not essential. Attitude and a willingness to learn matter more, and we will provide additional training for the right candidate.
What You Will Get
* £43,454 salary, plus pension
* Fully subsidised live-in accommodation
* Use of a hotel vehicle
* Free hotel meals, family and friends discount, free parking
* A genuinely stunning place to live and work
* Shift pattern typically 5 days from 7, including evenings and weekends
* The chance to build a long-term career with a well renowned operator
